Q: So what is Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching anyways?
A: Nutrition & Lifestyle coaching is the key to SUSTAINABLE fitness and fat loss results. When a client has completed one of our lifestyle coaching courses they are equipped to maintain their results. With Nutrition & Lifestyle coaching you'll learn how to build long lasting habits, get to know yourself better and learn how to manage fitness obstacles in your life like lack of sleep, stress, negative mindset, lack of motivation and bad habits. Even more importantly, we'll help you prioritize your obstacles and help you correct them one by one so you don't get overwhelmed and give up! If you'd like to learn more we'd love to set up a consultation and get to know you!
Q: Will my coach make me do things I hate?
A: No! One of our core beliefs is that fitness & healthy diet is only sustainable if you truly enjoy it. As a result, our focus is on making your plan suit your unique needs and preferences. If you hate chicken and broccoli, we won't ask you to eat it. If you hate burpees, forget about them. We'll find something else that works just as well while still allowing you to enjoy it! Fitness should make your life better, not make you miserable! Sure you need to work hard, but it's not about punishing yourself. That's why our motto is "live for today, work for tomorrow!"
Q: If I do this, am I ever allowed to have chocolate again??
A: YES! Absolutely! Like we said above, we're all about finding a way to do things you enjoy while working towards your goals. It is far better to be consistent with eating "pretty good" than to eat perfect for 3 weeks and give up because you hate it! There are many ways to get in great shape while still enjoying foods you love and we'll be sure to teach you how to do it!
Q: How many times per week do I need to workout?
A: Depending on your goals, starting point and your schedule we'll have you working out anywhere from 2 to 6 times per week for 20-60 minutes. More is not always better, so we'll make sure we find the best plan for you and your life!
Q: $500? $1000? Isn't that expensive??
A: Well, yes... It kind of is. Personal training is definitely an investment, but it's all about where you place your values and how fast you want results. (For comparison, most commercial gyms won't sell personal training packages cheaper than $4000, and they don't offer any of the education or nutrition and success coaching services that we do!) Sure, you can find free fitness programs online and there may be training packages out there that are cheaper, but will they offer the same results? How much trial and error, frustration and overwhelm will you have to go through to find the right program? Will they educate you or prepare you for maintaining your fitness over the rest of your life? From a personal finances perspective, how much money do you spend on eating out each week? What about coffee? Clothing, TV or material purchases? Alcohol or smoking? Are those things really worth more than your health? Without your health, those things are worthless and can't be enjoyed. What if instead of spending money on those indulgences you invested in an education on how to achieve and maintain your health and fitness goals? Is it worth it? Well that's up to you to decide. It all comes down to how badly you want it! What we can promise is that you will learn, you will have fun and you will get an overwhelming value for your investment! :)
Q: What if I can't afford training and coaching?
A: We've done our best to offer training programs for every budget. If you can't afford ANY of the programs above and you've taken the time to look at your home budget and make sure you're not spending money on unnecessary material possessions instead of your health, we're happy to help you at whatever budget you have. If this is the case, email us at email@example.com and let us know that you'd like to be considered for our pro-bono program where we offer training packages and programs to hard working, motivated people who just don't have the funds to make it happen. We may ask you to share your progress publicly to help us get some value out of it, but otherwise there are no strings attached for this program!
