WHo is THIS PROGRAM for?

With LIFT.RESULTS. you are going all in and all out for results. The results will still be sustainable and you WILL maintain balance between workouts and recovery but the time commitment and effort level required is much greater than our other programs. With this program you start with a complete overhaul of your diet, training and lifestyle and work from there  to ensure that the final results are sustainable by incorporating these habits into your day to day life. Doing it in this order will produce faster results, but the effort required to make sure that it is sustainable is greater.

What commitment level is required for this program?

This program is for fully committed fitness fanatics or wannabe fitness fanatics who are ready to make (or have already have made) a major change to their lifestyle, fitness and nutrition. This program is NOT for those who have other priorities.  You must be able to commit to sleeping a minimum of 8 hours per night and have time available to train 4-6 times a week as well as sticking to a macronutrient plan. Obtaining results must be your #1 priority while you are working with us. If you are a beginner and the commitment described matches your commitment, keep an eye out for our upcoming LIFT.PREPARE. program.

What previous experience is required for this program?

This program is NOT available to beginners. Applicants MUST have experience with lifting weights and be familiar with all major barbell and dumbbell exercises. Applicants must have access to a commercial or home gym.

How Hard is this program?

The effort level required for this program is relatively intense. We won’t pretend otherwise. It will take significant effort and self-control on your part to obtain results, but it will not be to the level of deprivation experienced on many other common fat loss diet plans.
