So as far as coaching goes, we offer online consultation based coaching for $250-$350/month, which includes the full plan for nutrition, training and lifestyle. Since your issue is more in motivation, I wouldn't really recommend one of those plans as I don't think you really need it to be that all-encompassing.

Based on what you've told me, I'm assuming you're what's called an obliger in the 4 Tendencies framework - this means that you need external accountability to accomplish most things you want to do. It's possible that you may also be an upholder or rebel, so I'll have you do a survey just to be sure, and then we can target the recommendations towards your unique needs.

What I would recommend if you're going to do it is to go with this planSince you probably don't have 30lbs to lose and you know what you're doing in the gym, we can target it more directly on the motivation/habit/behaviour part of it and teaching you strategies that are specifically beneficial to you as an obliger.

So the way the cost would breakdown is $99 USD for the initial evaluation and session and then $30 for each additional 20 minute check-in consultation. Off the start I would do one check-in per week and then after the first month or two we can cut it back to every other week or even monthly once you get all of the systems in place.

So even though it is a bit of an investment, it's still much cheaper than personal training and will teach you about yourself and provide you with the tools so you can keep it up for the rest of your life.

If cost is an issue for you, we can make a point of being extra targeted with setting up the external accountability systems to get you independent as fast as possible.

Lastly, we do also have bootcamp classes that run on Monday and Wednesday evenings in Cambridge if that works any better for you. They're not metalcore music sadly, but the workouts are very similar to the Tuesday classes.

Anyways, let me know what you think.
